Conclave Overview Flyer: conclave_overview_2017.pdf
Conclave is the premier area OA event where Arrowmen gather for an unforgettable experience packed with adventure, fellowship, food and dynamic training from the experts. A unique weekend event where you can experience all that peaks your OA interests.
Every year, approximately two hundred Arrowmen from all across Section gather for the weekend event. The Section Conclave runs from Friday evening to Sunday morning. The Conclave will conclude with the Section business meeting, where among other items, the new slate of Section Officers will be elected.
The NE-3B Section Conclave operates under the leadership of Section Chief with the consultation of his adviser. Each year the Section Conclave is hosted by a different lodge within the Section, who appoints a Conclave Coordinator and adult Conclave Adviser to facilitate the physical arrangements. The Council of Chiefs, the lodge chiefs, oversee the planning of the section conclave.
Training InformationThe Council of Chiefs along with the Section Officers have been hard at work to introduce new training offerings for the morning of Conclave, including both OA centric as well as STEM based training and seminars. These new offerings are sure to peak your interests. These will be top-notch sessions taught by the experts to help expand you knowledge and skills.
Training offerings and session descriptions are posted on the registration page.
