Neale Cummings from Watertown started his journey in the Order of the Arrow in Lodge 357 at Camp Portaferry in the 1970's. He joined the United States Air Force and retired after 21 years and now works as a civilian at Langley AFB in Virginia. His brother is George Cummings, a current member of Lodge 219. He has provided images of Conclave memoribilia from the mid-1950's to present.
