Section Chief - Victor Hinojosa
Ajapeu Lodge 351
Victor is a junior at Norwich University, in the Corps of Cadets. He studies Political Science with a minor in Leadership Studies. He is a Vigil Honor member, Founders Award recipient, and an Eagle Scout. He was previously the Section Vice Chief and Ajapeu 351 Lodge Chief for 2 consecutive terms. He serves as the Norwich University Scouting Association President - in charge of their daily operations and yearly-camporee which draws Scouts from across the nation. His interests outside of Scouting include serving our country in the United States Army Reserves, being a Police Officer in Berlin, VT, and also being appointed as a member on the Governor's Community Violence Prevention Task Force in Vermont. Above all, Victor enjoys seeing and speaking with Brothers from across the Section to see how he can help advance the section and make their time at Conclave a rip-roaring good time!
Section Vice Chief - Michael Casey

Michael Casey lives in Greenwich NY. He is a freshman at SUNY Adirondack in Glens Falls NY and is a Psychology Major and a 2018 graduate of Greenwich Junior-Senior High School in Greenwich NY. He received his Eagle Scout in 2017 and his Vigil Honor in 2015 from Kittan Lodge. Michael is active in his community and when he was in High School, participated in school musicals, school band and school choir. He is a Football and Lacrosse player/enthusiast and loves playing and watching both games.
Section Secretary - Harrison Barnes
Otahnagon Lodge 172
Harrison Barnes is an Eagle Scout and senior in high school planning to study computer engineering at a post-secondary school. He is serving his first term as our Section Secretary and second term as the Secretary for Otahnagon Lodge 172. Besides doing work for the O.A., Harrison enjoys marching band, playing bass clarinet, camping, playing games with friends, and playing with his dog.
